Yes. While we’re based in North Carolina, we work with business owners across the U.S.
All services are delivered remotely with secure systems and clear communication.
It depends on your accounting setup. Where your system supports it, your cockpit runs as a live dashboard on reporting software in your own name, typically $50 to $100 per month, paid directly to the provider. We take no markup.
Where a live connection isn’t practical, we build your cockpit in Excel with a simple monthly update routine your bookkeeper can run. Either way, it refreshes without us, and it’s yours.
No. Your bookkeeper keeps the score, and we build the instruments on top of their work. Good bookkeepers love us, because we make their work visible. If you would rather we took the bookkeeping on as well, we can, but that is a separate conversation and never a condition of working together.
Yes. The Cockpit Build is $2,750, period. If we discover your books need significant cleanup first, we pause, quote that separately, and you decide before anything continues. No silent extras, ever.
It happens, and it’s fixable. We’ll quote a catch-up as a separate piece of work, get the books current, and then start the Build on solid ground.
We don’t file taxes or replace your CPA.
Instead, we work alongside your tax professional to ensure your books and financial reports are clean, accurate, and ready, which often saves time, money, and stress at tax time. When we spot a tax opportunity in your numbers, we bring it to your CPA with the working already done.
Yes. We work inside your own accounting system through accountant access you grant and can revoke, and your cockpit lives on a subscription you own.

No. Everything is yours: the cockpit, the mappings, the refresh routine. Flight School is offered once, at the end.
